1. Acceptance
By installing, enabling, or using Subtitles Sync Pro, the user accepts these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the applicable License Agreement.
2. Service
The software is a subtitle-translation assistance tool. It does not provide an official subtitle track, extract speech from audio, download video or audio, or bypass authentication, subscriptions, geographic restrictions, access controls, or digital-rights protections.
3. Lawful use
The user must maintain authorized access to video services, comply with platform and content-owner terms, and use translation-provider accounts and credentials lawfully.
4. Optional services
Third-party translation services and the independent Local Bridge are optional. Their availability, security, pricing, quotas, models, and continued compatibility are outside the control of 4H3D BDW. The user is responsible for accounts, credentials, charges, and local software maintenance.
5. Translation accuracy
Machine translations may contain errors, omissions, delay, inappropriate wording, or loss of context. Output is not professional legal, medical, financial, safety, emergency, immigration, contractual, or other advice.
6. Rights and no affiliation
Videos, subtitles, platform names, service names, and trademarks belong to their owners. The software is independent and no affiliation, endorsement, sponsorship, or official approval is claimed.
7. Disclaimer
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 4H3D BDW disclaims warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, compatibility, security, uninterrupted operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, 4H3D BDW is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential losses arising from installation, configuration, use, inability to use, translation errors, platform changes, provider charges, data loss, security incidents outside the software's reasonable control, or reliance on output. Rights and liabilities that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
9. Changes
Features, compatibility, policies, and these Terms may change for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or platform compatibility.
