1. License grant
Subject to these terms, 4H3D BDW grants an authorized recipient a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use an authorized release of Subtitles Sync Pro for its intended subtitle-translation function.
2. Ownership
The software, source code, original documentation, interface materials, release organization, project name, and logo remain proprietary to their respective owner to the extent protected by law. Installation or receipt of a copy does not transfer ownership.
3. Restrictions
Except with prior written permission or where mandatory law expressly permits it, the user may not publish or redistribute source code, sell or sublicense the software, create a competing derivative distribution, remove rights notices, falsely claim authorship or affiliation, or use the name or logo to imply endorsement.
Reverse engineering, decompilation, and circumvention are prohibited except to the limited extent a restriction is unenforceable under mandatory applicable law.
4. Authorized copies
Backup copies may be kept only as reasonably necessary for authorized personal use and must retain all rights notices. Public redistribution of installation packages is not authorized unless expressly published for redistribution by 4H3D BDW.
5. Third-party components
Third-party software, services, APIs, and models remain governed by their own licenses and terms. This agreement does not reduce rights granted directly by a third-party license.
6. Termination
This license terminates upon material breach. After termination, the user must stop using unauthorized copies and delete them, subject to mandatory legal rights.
7. Warranty and liability
The warranty and liability provisions in the Terms of Use apply to this license.
